Whether you are in a metropolitan city like Karachi, Lahore, or Islamabad, or in a smaller town, our courier partners are equipped to handle your delivery.

Order Processing Time We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. For non-prescription (power-free) glasses, orders are usually processed within 24 to 48 hours. For prescription or customized lenses, please allow 3 to 5 working days for processing, as our experts need extra time to ensure your lenses are crafted to your exact specifications.

Delivery Timeframes Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days for most locations in Pakistan. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer for remote areas or during peak holiday seasons and public holidays. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver your protective eyewear safely.

Shipping Charges We offer competitive shipping rates across the country. Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at the time of checkout. Occasionally, Lumero.pk may offer free shipping promotions on certain order values; please keep an eye on our homepage or social media for these updates.

Tracking Your Order Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number on the courier partner's website to monitor the progress of your delivery in real-time. If you do not receive your tracking information within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@lumero.pk.

Cash on Delivery (COD) For your convenience, we offer Cash on Delivery services throughout Pakistan. This allows you to pay for your order in cash at the time it is delivered to your doorstep. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready to facilitate a smooth delivery process with the courier representative.

Undelivered Parcels Our courier partners will typically make two or three attempts to deliver your parcel. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable contact number, or the customer being unreachable, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping charges.

Damages During Transit We take great care in packaging our glasses to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a package that is visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery and inform us immediately at 0371-5100455. If you find your item damaged after opening, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the damage.
